In this project, I assume the role of Game Director, overseeing a diverse team of developers, artists, designers, and producers. I am actively involved in crafting and upholding the game vision throughout the development process.
Typically, my responsibilities include: defining and tracking tasks in collaboration with the game producer; conducting one-on-one meetings; directly managing the design team; identifying potential issues and devising solutions to overcome them; creating and updating the roadmap and whitepaper; developing game design systems; and handling various other related tasks.
